Providing experts in Flight Test, Flight Physics, Structures, Powerplant, Operation Limitations and Electrical Wiring Interconnection Systems.
Leading Flight Test teams in the conduct, execution and reporting of multi-national flight test programmes. This ranges from collecting flying qualities evidence for the definition of the flight envelop, to an assessment of the Human Factors and Work Load associated with aircraft operation.
Providing Subject Matter Experts to various manufacturing organisations during their development of Special Mission aircraft.
Responsible for writing the Reduced Vertical Separation Minima (RVSM) and Performance Based Navigation (PBN) equipment (EASA CS-ACNS) and operational (EASA Part-SPA and Part-SPO) submissions to the Military Aviation Authority to ensure the military aircraft can transit to the required area of operations.
Utilising keeble consulting strategies, supporting a special mission operator in Antarctica in conducting a feasibility study for a new aircraft procurement. The primary objective was to ensure that the aircraft could fulfil the required mission profiles, whilst allowing the Accountable Executives / Post Holders to be able to make an acceptably safe judgement, therefore, Safety Case development was run in parallel with the procurement.
Supporting a commercial aircraft Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) at both their global facilities in the development of an in-house Safety Management System (SMS), to allow them to develop an Operating Safety Case (SC). Facilitated training courses in SMS and SC for the Safety Team and the company Post Holders.
Utilising our expertise in aviation, in operation, regulation and safety, supported a global cruise ship company in the introduction of a SMS to provide an Operating SC. Quickly assimilating the maritime regulation, we conducted hazard identification workshops and implemented Bowtie theory in order to understand their key hazards, risks and associated barriers to stop the event occurring, or if it occurs to reduce the severity.
